Software
SBS software runs on an ordinary PC* or MAC*. The user simply enters the signal requirements into spreadsheets provided by SBS. No sophisticated high-level language (e.g., Basic, C++, etc.) “programming” is needed. The SBS software is free to download and install. SBS software currently supports Digitrax and North Coast Engineering DCC systems. Software for other vendors’ systems is under development.
*PC or MAC® must be running Windows® 2000, XP, or VISTA operating system.
SBS SOFTWARE INSTALLERS:
SBS Software Initial Installer plus V2.2.0
All first time users must download and install this file. It is about 86MB in size and may take up to 20 minutes to completely download and install. It contains the latest version of the SBS software.
SBS Software Upgrade to V2.2.0
Users who have previously completed the initial installation can obtain the latest version of the SBS software by downloading and installing this file. It is about 4MB in size and takes about 1 minute to download and install. You do not need to uninstall the previous version.
